The Firm has advised and represented clients on matters before the administrative agencies, commissions (including the Competition Commission and the SECP), tribunals (including the Federal Service Tribunal and Sales Tax Tribunal), boards at the federal, provincial, and local levels pertaining to licensing, permitting, compliance, enforcement, rulemaking, zoning, land use and other regulatory issues.
Recently, the firm has drafted Rules for a leading Regulatory Body in Punjab and is involved in further legislative drafting for Government and Semi-Government entities.
