Mehr Bano is a Senior Associate at the firm. She completed her LLB (Hons.) from the University of London. She did her LLM from the University of California, Berkeley where she was named in the Dean’s Honour List.
She has over seven years of experience as a litigator and handles contentious matters related to constitutional, employment, commercial and tax issues in the High Courts. Mehr Bano also undertakes non-contentious corporate, commercial, transactional and advisory work ranging from complex corporate structuring, start-ups, executing shareholder and share-purchase agreements and inducting equity investments, corporate compliance, labor and employment law matters, mergers & acquisitions, project finance and joint ventures.
