Mr. Humza Mehbub is a Senior Associate at the firm. He holds an LL.B (Hons) degree from the University of London International Programs and is an Advocate of the High Court. He regularly advises clients in contentious and non-contentious matters in microfinance law, contract law, company and commercial law insurance law and intellectual property law. Mr Humza also holds extensive experience in incorporating companies and handling post-incorporation matters, including fulfilling regulatory requirements and drafting all necessary internal policies and contracts.
