Humza regularly advises clients in contentious and non-contentious matters in microfinance law, finance law, contract law, company and commercial law insurance law, and intellectual property law. He also works closely with the Partners in advising Impact Investment Funds and Private Equity firms with respect to their global operations.

Hamza also has extensive experience in incorporating companies and handling post-incorporation matters, including fulfilling regulatory requirements and drafting all necessary internal policies and contracts.
